01

Rental inquiries and applications

Contact our team to ask about current availability, the property you are interested in, and the application steps. Availability, rental terms, and any applicable fees should be confirmed directly before you apply or make a payment.

Application requirements can vary by property. Ask which documents are needed and how to submit them securely. Do not send Social Security numbers, full financial account details, or identification documents in an ordinary email inquiry. Application review is subject to applicable fair housing and consumer-reporting requirements.

02

Preparing for move-in

Before moving in, review your signed lease and confirm the arrangements for keys, utilities, required payments, and access. The lease controls your specific obligations, including payment deadlines, occupancy rules, pets, and any property-specific requirements.

Document the condition of your home at move-in and report concerns through the process provided to you. Clear descriptions and dated photos can help distinguish existing conditions from issues that arise later. Keep copies of your lease and important communications for your records.

03

Reporting maintenance concerns

For a maintenance concern, provide your name, property address, unit number if applicable, contact information, and a clear description of the issue. Include when it started, where it is occurring, and whether it is getting worse. Photos can help when it is safe to take them.

Use the maintenance instructions supplied for your property. If you are unsure how to report an issue, contact our team by phone or email for direction. Report concerns promptly, and do not attempt hazardous repairs or authorize work on the owner’s behalf unless you have permission.

  • Describe the affected fixture, appliance, or area of the property.
  • Explain any visible leaking, unusual noise, loss of service, or other symptoms.
  • Provide access considerations and a reliable way to contact you.
04

Emergencies and immediate safety

If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, call 911 first. For a suspected gas leak, leave the area and contact the appropriate emergency service or utility from a safe location. Do not wait for an email response when urgent action is needed.

After addressing immediate safety, follow the emergency reporting instructions provided for your property. Our general contact information is not a substitute for emergency services, and this website does not establish an emergency response-time guarantee.

05

Rent, lease questions, and changes

Your lease and account instructions identify how and when rent must be paid. Contact our team if you need clarification about a balance, notice, payment instruction, or lease term. Do not assume that sending an inquiry changes a payment deadline or other lease obligation.

Ask before making changes involving pets, occupants, alterations, or other matters covered by your lease. For renewal questions, discuss your plans early and confirm any agreement in writing. This page provides general information; it does not amend your lease.

06

Planning your move-out

Review your lease for notice requirements and the steps needed to end your tenancy. Confirm the move-out date, key return arrangements, cleaning responsibilities, and any instructions for utilities or personal belongings.

Provide a forwarding address through the appropriate process and keep records of your notice and key return. Security deposit handling is governed by your lease and applicable law. Contact our team with property-specific questions rather than relying on general website guidance.

Let’s talk about your property.

Tell us what you own, what you need, and what you want to improve. We’ll discuss the next steps with you.
